GENERAL FUNCTION: Seeking a visionary Senior Healthcare Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation healthcare payment solutions within our Treasury Management group. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Drive innovation by introducing cutting-edge capabilities, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, to optimize payment workflows and revenue cycle management. + Serve as a strategic connector between the banking industry and the healthcare fintech ecosystem, leveraging your network to identify partnerships, emerging trends, and disruptive opportunities. + Champion solutions that simplify complex payer-provider interactions, improve interoperability, and deliver seamless payment experiences for healthcare organizations. + Influence the future of healthcare payments by anticipating regulatory changes, market dynamics, and customer needs, ensuring our offerings remain ahead of the curve. + Define and execute product strategy for healthcare payment solutions. + Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (payers, providers) to identify market needs. + Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. + Drive sales for product(s) within designated product line. + Develop and enhance products. + Develop strategy plan and product plan to meet revenue and market share goals. + Pricing, profitability, packaging, promotion and margin management + Vendor selection and relations; contract negotiations + Develop and distribute sales tools + Develop customer education and customer focus programs for new and existing product initiatives. + Act as liaison between several areas of the bank, including Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Audit, Legal, and Risk. + Identify risk associated with product lines and contribution to process development and management to minimize risk. Works under minimal supervision. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: + Undergraduate degree in business or finance required.
