I liked that they were very inclusive and caring towards their employees

Less micromanaging from regional management down to the office managers.. above regional it seemed fine

I was much younger, but as an undergrad at UC I took a communications class specifically for interviews/career prep. (Can’t remember what it was actually called, 15ish years ago..)

I believe it was much higher than the average at the time

They represented a very diverse demographic increasingly so over my time employed (2014-2019)

Depending on the location I would be working- either the customers, specifically the regulars, or who you were working with

If you are in the right department with a strong manager it is a nice place to work.

the are top down management like most banks. So do not expect ideas to flow from the workers very often.

Horrible work environment. Stressful all the time and they don't value their employees at all.

The pay is competitive and on the higher scale, but the people you work with aren't worth the salary
