As a Humanoid Robot Operative, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills.
You will be at the forefront of our operations, deploying the robots for real commercial use cases, identifying issues, and relaying these problems to the right engineering teams. You may also collect new data to train our AI systems and work with the AI team to refine behaviors over time.

Requirements:

5-8 years of hands-on experience designing or validating thermal systems for complex electromechanical, compute, or robotics platforms
Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics, including air and liquid cooling systems
Proficiency with thermal instrumentation and DAQ tools such as thermocouples, IR cameras, and power analyzers
Demonstrated ability to analyze and correlate thermal test data with simulation results to validate designs
Skilled in Python or MATLAB for test automation, data collection, and analysis
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with thermal simulation tools such as FloTHERM, Icepak, or COMSOL
Background in robotics, "consumer electronics", EV, or aerospace systems involving high-density compute and power electronics
Familiarity with environmental chamber testing, thermal cycling, and accelerated life testing
Proven track record leading validation projects or mentoring junior engineers

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 and $250,000 annually.

As a Humanoid Robot Operator, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills.
You will be at the forefront of our operations, deploying the robots for real commercial use cases, identifying issues, and relaying these problems to the right engineering teams. You may also collect new data to train our AI systems and work with the AI team to refine behaviors over time.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the humanoid robot operating successfully for the Customer use case
Run the robot constantly throughout the day, identifying bugs and problems
Relay these issues to the correct engineering team and ensure these problems are fixed
May wear teleoperation equipment and guide the robot through designated behaviors.
Upload collected data to our AI training system.
Maintain a safe environment for both yourself and the robot during teleoperation.
Follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including bring-up and shutdown.
Requirements:
Willingness to own the operations of the humanoid and drive proper functioning of the robot
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems.
Can stand 8+ hours a day and physically manage humanoid hardware
