About the Role We are hiring a Senior Business Development and partnerships leader to drive institutional adoption of Democratized Prime across fintechs, brokerages, RIAs, corporate treasuries, and centralized crypto native firms. This role focuses on understanding how institutions think about credit, cash management, and yield, then mapping Democratized Prime's product primitives into solutions that feel native to their end customer experience. This includes sweep style cash products, overnight yield experiences, and tailored credit and yield solutions for trading funds and corporate users. You will own partner relationships end to end and work closely with Product and Business Development to shape solutions, close deals, and scale usage. This is a senior individual contributor role with the opportunity to help grow the team over time. What You'll Do * Lead institutional business development for Democratized Prime with a non DeFi focus. * Own a target account list and pipeline across consumer and wealth fintechs, brokerages, RIAs, corporate treasuries, and centralized crypto native businesses. * Run the full partnership lifecycle including sourcing, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, launch, and expansion. * Design and position cash, yield, and credit products powered by Democratized Prime, including sweep and overnight style cash products, embedded yield features, and credit solutions for trading funds and corporate users. * Develop a deep understanding of how institutions approach treasury management, funding, liquidity, and yield. * Translate client feedback into clear product requirements and feature requests that enable deal closure and scalable adoption. * Partner closely with Product to define integration scope, APIs, operational flows, and risk considerations without being a hands on engineer. * Ensure delivered solutions are commercially compelling and operationally implementable. * Represent Democratized Prime at conferences, client offsites, and industry events across fintech, institutional crypto, and capital markets. * Work closely with the Head of Democratized Prime on execution and deal making. * Start as a hands on individual contributor and over time help hire, mentor, and grow the partnerships team. What We Look For * 8+ years of experience across finance, fintech, institutional crypto, or capital markets. * At least 4 years in institutional crypto and or fintech. * Prior client facing experience in business development, partnerships, sales, product marketing, or capital markets coverage. * Background in investment banking, institutional sales or trading, fintech partnerships or product marketing, BD at a brokerage or wealth platform, or top tier strategy consulting with deep financial services exposure. * Strong understanding of credit, treasury, and yield products including margin lending, credit facilities, cash sweeps, funding costs, and liquidity management. * Comfort reasoning about APIs and integration patterns and working closely with Product and Engineering teams. * Strong personal interest in crypto and DeFi and active engagement with crypto products. * Excellent communication skills with comfort engaging senior leadership and C suite stakeholders. * Strong written communication skills for decks, memos, and commercial discussions. * High autonomy operator with a strong ownership and execution mindset. * Willingness to travel for clients, conferences, and regular trips to New York. About the Role We are looking for a deeply crypto native, DeFi obsessed operator to lead Business Development and Solutions Architecture for Democratized Prime and our broader crypto product suite with Web3 and crypto native institutions. This is a senior individual contributor role with the expectation of small team growth over time. You will own relationships with leading protocols, on chain funds, and other DeFi and crypto native players, and architect product and partnership solutions that combine our primitives with external DeFi infrastructure. You are the person who can sit down with a protocol such as a Bitcoin restaking platform, immediately understand their forward cost of capital and yield problems, and walk out with a structured solution that integrates on chain and off chain components, then drive that from idea to live partnership. What You'll Do * Own Web3 business development and partnerships by identifying, prioritizing, and leading relationships with DeFi protocols, crypto native funds, market makers, restaking platforms, perpetuals venues, and other Web3 institutions. * Run the full business development cycle including target mapping, outreach, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, closing, and ongoing expansion. * Deeply understand our product primitives including Democratized Prime, crypto backed lending, and exchange connectivity, and design creative structures that solve partner problems. * Architect DeFi native solutions such as combining a crypto backed loan with Democratized Prime yield, swapping USD yield into BTC via exchange connectivity, and wrapping the structure into a DeFi native experience with ecosystem partners. * Proactively originate build ideas with specific protocols, structures, and partner stacks rather than only responding to inbound opportunities. * Translate partner needs into clear product requirements and work closely with Product, Risk, and Engineering to assess feasibility, risk, and implementation paths. * Co create narratives, decks, one pagers, and light product marketing materials for crypto native audiences. * Represent Democratized Prime across the Web3 ecosystem at conferences, hackathons, and industry events, turning conversations into concrete opportunities. * Confidently convey strategy set by the Head of Democratized Prime while adding your own informed perspective in client discussions. * Start as a hands on individual contributor and over time help recruit and mentor junior team members to scale coverage and execution. About the Role We're looking for a partnership origination veteran that has deep relationships with originators across a broad array of Fintechs and Asset-Based Lending products (mortgages, auto, SMB, Corporate, etc). The role is to drive 3rd party originator volumes through our Figure Connect Marketplace, leveraging our Demo Prime Warehouse lending platform as the key differentiating factor. You will work closely with Figure Capital Markets, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure an elite experience as a Figure Marketplace participant. What You'll Do * Strategic Origination: Identify, target, and secure high-value partnerships with originators across diverse asset classes, including Mortgages, Auto, SMB, and Corporate lending. * Relationship Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the originator relationship, acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor. For example, you should be knowledgeable about the originator's existing traditional warehouse arrangements and be able to guide their decision-making between warehousing with our Demo Prime product or via Traditional warehouses.
