Repairs, alters and maintains a variety of tools and equipment. 7. Lubricates and cleans parts. 8. Tests malfunctioning machinery and discusses malfunction with other maintenance workers and supervisor to diagnose malfunction. 9. Replaces faulty electrical components of machines such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices. 10. Moves, installs and adjusts fixtures, motors and other electrical/mechanical equipment. 11. Initiates requisitions for parts. 12. Assists in repairs and maintains forktrucks, electron beam welders, laser cutting, laser marking, robot welders, x-ray equipment,and CNC equipment. 13. Adheres to safety practices and procedures. 14. Follows procedures as defined by Fike policies, procedures and ISO9001 requirements. Performs related duties as assigned. Regular and consistent attendance is required.
