Hive Group is actively seeking skilled professionals with experience supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to join our team as we transition to a critical program. We are pursuing a follow-on contract and are committed to ensuring continuity and high-quality service delivery. Our team will match your background to appropriate positions as we move forward with transition planning. Candidates with current or prior TSA experience will be prioritized. Key Responsibilities:
Providing program management, acquisition, logistics, cybersecurity, engineering, or administrative support
Supporting strategic planning, performance tracking, and risk management activities
Delivering technical expertise in systems engineering, requirements analysis, or IT service management
Preparing reports, briefings, and program documentation in support of TSA leadership
Collaborating with government stakeholders and cross-functional contractor teams to meet mission goals
Ensuring compliance with TSA policies, directives, and security requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting TSA or another DHS component (strongly preferred)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: program management, acquisition, IT, cybersecurity, finance, policy, engineering, or administrative support
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and TSA-standard tools (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Job Description
This position requires direct care work with individuals diagnosed with mental illness - rehab staff will hold a caseload of 15 people for whom staff would assist with case management and goal work that is individualized to that person's needs 6 times per month (i.e. physical health, symptom management, independent living skills, etc.).
Education
Required High School Diploma or GED,
Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, counseling, or human services.
Experience with clinical documentation, including progress notes, service plans, and discharge summaries, is often required.
Computer literacy: Proficiency in using a computer for documentation, email, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the service area to meet clients in their homes and communities.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday 7am-6pmWith this flexibility, you have the ability to create your own schedule.It is ideal for people who are furthering their education, have small children, another part time job.
The position is mostly independent work that is completed off-site with the client (not within the building). We serve Anne Arundel County and some parts of Bowie and are required to use our own vehicles when agency vehicles are not available.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized client files.Crisis Management: Basic skills in de-escalation techniques and knowledge of procedures for handling behavioral or psychiatric crises.Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with diverse populations.
