If directed, serve PSPRS Local Board Secretary and assist with TAA PSPRS Local Board tasks and activities.
Serve as backup to the Paralegal in non-legal matters.
Serve as a Notary Public.
Assist in preparation of Department budget; coordinate payment of invoices and expenses; and track expenditures.

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. A minimum of three years' of Arizona local government clerk experience.
