Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a friendly and dependable Market Clerk to help create a welcoming and organized shopping experience for our customers. The Market Clerk will assist with product inquiries, operate the register accurately, fulfill curbside pickup orders, and help maintain attractive and well-stocked displays throughout the market. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a clean, inviting, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing sales transactions and handling cash with care
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product questions across all departments
Fulfill and process curbside pickup orders, including payment collection and delivering purchases directly to customers' vehicles
Monitor inventory levels and restock displays as needed to maintain a full and appealing product presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the market, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
Assist with special orders, packaging requests, and general market support as directed by management
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, grocery, or food service preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and restock product displays
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system

Role & Responsibilities: As an Automotive Deal Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate deal processing. Your responsibilities will include:
Posting deals and calculating commissions
Coordinating bank funding
Maintaining accounting schedules and customer deal documentation
Processing trades, wholesale transactions, payoffs, and inventory reports
Handling various administrative and accounting tasks as directed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in dealership accounting, finance, or contracts is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet skills; experience with dealership software such as Dealer Track/Arkona is a plus
Notary certification is a plus
High School Diploma or GED required
