Contacts bus companies for quotes for transport and upload to Sharepoint. Inventories and disburses Magnet supplies and tools to teachers and students. Assists in the purchase and organization of magnet attire. Assists in designing and maintaining Bulletin boards and Magnet décor. Assists in keeping magnet areas and storage areas organized and clean. Accesses Magnet Tracking System (MTS) for application/student data. Performs other related duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.
