Responsibilities: - Digitize and securely store approximately 800 Justice Center Code of Conduct forms by scanning them into a designated shared folder. - Maintain accurate records of scanned forms in a spreadsheet and track receipt of signed forms. - Follow up with managers to obtain missing or unsigned forms in a timely manner. - Review employee records to verify active or inactive status based on organizational data. - Organize active employee records alphabetically by company for streamlined access. - Sort inactive employee records alphabetically by company to ensure systematic filing. - Enhance operational efficiency by updating and organizing employee filing systems. - Provide back-office support to ensure compliance with organizational standards. - Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies in record management.
