As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be assigned various documentation and administrative tasks daily that will exercise your strengths in time management and prioritization. Prints reports using database information including but not limited to attendance reports, class or personnel rosters, end of semester reports. Registers new students or employees and issues them a computer number. Verifies records/folders to verify documentation and placement including but not limited to GT, as well as/or special populations. Organizes and prepares records and to campuses/departments in a timely manner. Prepares reports as required by the Principal/Supervisor and submits them on time. Assists Administration with testing, and data collection procedures as appropriate. Follows prescribed procedures for interpreting data and is efficient in processing records.
