Job Title: Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry II Duration: February 2026 to December 2026 (possible extension) Pay: $21.50/hr on W2 Description: At least 3 years relevant experience required. Position supports business licensing among retail locations. Pull data from jurisdiction websites and other sources and enter into database. Submit license applications as necessary Technology Requirements: Ability to use a laptop, enter data into a system, basic excel skills What does a typical day look like? Complete data entry work such as looking up jurisdiction requirements on city/county/state websites and entering into system. Will support in submitting applications to jurisdictions or replying with requests for information from stores. Preferred background/prior work experience? Experience with business licensing or other regulatory experience is a plus. Priority soft skills: Communication skills a plus, ability to work well with others, ability to problem solve when necessary

Responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data related to the daily operations of the depot. This includes animal health records, medical treatments, inventory management, and calf movements. The role supports decision-making by providing timely and accurate information to the management team. Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are strongly preferred, as communication with both local and international teams is essential. Key Responsibilities: Enter daily data related to: Calf entries, exits, and movements Medical treatments, vaccinations, and medications Weights and mortalities Maintain and update records using spreadsheets or specialized software (Excel, or herd management software) Assist in inventory tracking, ensuring that stock levels of medical supplies, and other resources are properly recorded and monitored Generate weekly and monthly reports, including inventory status and usage Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data Cross-check information with field staff Manage both physical and digital filing systems Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality Assist with administrative duties. Requirements: Minimum education: High school diploma or technical degree (preferably in administration, animal science, or related fields) Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, or information processing (preferably in agriculture or livestock) Intermediate knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, data validation, pivot tables) Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling Strong communication skills and ability to work with different departments Bilingual (Spanish and English) required for effective communication across teams Preferred: experience with livestock management or inventory software Preferred Skills: Organizational and time-management skills Ability to track, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in inventory Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and processes We Offer: Competitive salary Ongoing training and professional development Stable work environment in a growing agricultural business

The Filer Benchman is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all saws, guides, and knives used in mill operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment Tip and grind all saws Hammer and roll saws to ensure they are level and properly tensioned Weld or replace tips and sharpen saws Changes saws and guides Pour babbitt for guides and cuts to proper size Maintain grinding equipment and ensure proper settings of filing equipment Maintain all saw guide lube and water systems Work with other departments to ensure lumber quality and troubleshoot any quality issues Assist head filer in maintaining filing room inventory Maintain a production level work pace Keep work area clean at all times - cleanup during and after shift Other duties as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Completion of Filer-Fitter 1-3 required hours (2,480-3,180 minimum) and work-up steps of the Intermountain Saw Filer Association apprenticeship program or equivalent Skills: Ability to use and read precision measurement devices Self-motivated Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions Ability to read and understand printed materials Ability to adjust work schedule, perform shift work, work overtime as needed Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test, post-offer pre-employment physical, and background check. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license 1+ year sawmill machine operator experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Production Ability to sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distance, and climb stairs.
