Pay Rate: $17.73 Per Hour
The role of the Filling Technician is to fill the approved customer product into containers for package and shipment. This also includes the set-up, operation, and clean-up of filling machines and packaging related equipment. Filling technicians must consistently achieve production requirements, as well as ensure that quality and safety related standards are maintained.
Basic Qualifications:
* Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
* Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
* One year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred
* Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, etc.
* Experience monitoring the quality of raw materials or finished goods is preferred
* Experience with material-handling equipment is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Ensure manifold meets required specifications (daily).
- Ensure all cylinders pass required pre-fill inspections prior to filling.
- Fill cylinders as outlined in the SOP.
- Move compressed gas or liquid cylinders.
- Correctly label cylinders.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, HazMat, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Able to read and write English.
- Able to read and interpret gauges and analog dials.
- Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders.
- Forklift skills and experience a plus.
- Ability to lift 75-100 lbs.
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible and work well with other people.
- Ability to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner with minimal supervision.
