We are hiring a hands-on Project Manager to support and lead ground-up commercial construction projects across California. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day execution of projects-not someone who manages exclusively from behind a desk.
You will work closely with Superintendents, VDC Engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Projects range from $15M to $150M and include complex commercial and structural construction work.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
Coordinate daily with Superintendents, VDC Engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Review weekly budgets, self-performed work costs, and project financials
Track project P&L, applications for payment, change events, and schedules
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Write scopes for subcontracts and purchase orders
Serve as a key liaison between the field, ownership, and project stakeholders
Maintain a strong on-site presence and lead from the front
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
Minimum 5 consecutive years as a Project Manager
Ground-up commercial construction experience required
Comfortable working in the field and “in the trenches” alongside project teams
Familiarity with project management and construction software
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong cost control and financial reporting experience
Experience working on projects valued between $15M-$150M

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Complete daily SOAP Note and ensure records are maintained in accordance with standards of facility and state regulations.
• Observes clients, charting and reporting changes in clients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and taking any necessary action.

• Communication with IMS Physician and other outside physicians where outside referral may be indicated.

• Schedule clients appointments with the psychiatrist, Dietician, EMDR therapist, etc., send the zoom link to the 3rd party, and ensure the client is in the room ready for the appointment at the designated time.
• Must be available on an as needed basis during non-standard business hours, due to the 24-hour residential facility requirements.
• Provide training and supervision of clients to support non-clinical staff as it relates to detox and medication protocols.
• Measures and records clients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration
• Perform inventory check and maintenance of nursing supplies and OTC medication supplies.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and CARF standards
• Fully understand and maintain policies & procedures regarding professional ethics, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries.
• Fully understand our medication management policy and infection control protocol
Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience with Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or Detox
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
Required Education & Experience:
• Current & active Licensed Vocational Nurse certification
• Current drivers' license, current automobile insurance, and clean DMV report
• Two-year minimum experience working in a mental health treatment setting
• Experience with KIPU (EMR) is a plus
