The Material Handler and Expeditor performs all the necessary duties and activities which will facilitate the movement, storage, and delivery of all materials between company facilities as well as local vendors, suppliers, and customers. Regular activities include receiving, storing, maintaining inventory of finished products that enable achievement of customer delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
• Receives inventory and non-inventory items in accordance with purchase order receiving report system.
• Stores raw material items as to maximize warehouse efficiencies.
• Prepares finished goods for shipment.
• Properly identifies raw materials for storage.
• Operates forklift, company truck, and all other equipment in a safe and courteous manner.
• Assists in disposal of trash.
• Assists in preparation of finished products for shipment.
• Prevents defects and possible defects in workmanship.
• Assists in relabel, repackage, and reprocess procedures.
• Assures warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Delivers production materials to and from various locations to insure maximum operator uptime.
• Delivers non-inventory items to appropriate areas.
• Prepare records required to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
The person in this position will frequently move about inside and outside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, warehouse and manufacturing areas. The person in this position frequently communicates with vendors, and co-workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Work Environment
Generally works in a warehouse environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties in a typical office setting. Normal manufacturing conditions requiring safety observation at all times.

• Mathematical aptitude

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming shipments and materials. This role ensures that all deliveries meet quality standards and are properly documented, labeled, and stored according to company procedures and safety standards. The Receiving Clerk will work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Production to maintain material flow and accuracy within the facility.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantity, lot numbers, and quality against purchase orders and packing slips.
Inspect goods for damage, nonconformance, or discrepancies and report any issues to Purchasing or Quality.
Sample parts for Quality team testing as required.
Record received items promptly and accurately in the ERP or inventory management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ensure all materials are properly labeled with part numbers, batch/lot codes, and storage locations.
Route materials to appropriate storage areas, production lines, or staging zones.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas to support lean and 5S practices.
Prepare and process returns, RMA shipments, and freight claims for defective or incorrect materials.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently; perform daily equipment inspections.
Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Communicate proactively with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and delays.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and hazardous material handling requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, documentation accuracy, and receiving processes.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Primary Purpose:
Serve as the speech-language pathologist responsible for diagnosing speech and language disorders and implementing programs designed to increase a student's speech, language, and communication development.
Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Major Duties And Responsibilities:
Conduct formal and informal evaluations and re-evaluations as well as all other professional activities consistent with timelines and requirements of the law, rules and regulations, and local district policies and procedures.
Compile formal and informal information from a variety of sources into a written report to assist in the determination of eligibility, educational need and identification of programming needs utilizing the district's template.
Coordinate and/or participate as a member of the ARD committee. Ensure that all documents are completed and meetings held within in legal timelines.
Translate appraisal data into research-based, appropriate, and relevant speech and language programs.
Develop measurable IEP objectives and annual goals.
Plan, prepare and provide research-based therapy interventions according to the student's current schedule of services.
Provide services in an inclusive setting, when appropriate, and coordinate intervention with general education staff.
Keep meaningful and accurate data for each session with every student on assigned caseload.
Provide consultation to campus RTI committee.
Function as a consultant in speech and language to parents and staff as required.
Participate in staffings of students served when requested.
Participate with district in-services, parent training, and public awareness presentations regarding communication with a variety of needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, ARD meetings, and related activities.
Complete progress notes according to the district schedule for every student on assigned caseload by the designated due date utilizing relevant data and reporting objective information.
Monitor student audit folders, including filling all required paperwork, in a timely manner.
Supervise licensed assistants in speech-language pathology, Clinical Fellowship Year intern, students, and mentor fellow speech-language pathologists SLPs as assigned.
Follow billing and reimbursement procedures for Medicaid and other needed documentation such as time studies.
Complete required district caseload studies, logs, and Childhood Outcome Summaries by requested due dates.
Attend monthly campus speech-language pathologists meetings and all required training.
Use technology to organize information, schedule meetings and/or staffing's, develop and maintain ARD documentation and produce written materials.
Develop and maintain knowledge and skills by engaging in professional development activities.

Responsibilities Position Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic will perform change overs, as well as conduct repair and maintenance of all production and equipment.
Performs work in a safe manner following all company safety rules and procedures.
Understand and comply with all applicable requirements of the Company's ISO/cGMP quality system as documented in the Quality Manual, System Procedures, and Work Instructions.
Performs corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Operates and monitors compressed air generating equipment.
Assists in training of Maintenance Mechanic (C) and (B).
Assists in establishment and performance of preventative maintenance procedures on assigned equipment.
Makes recommendations for the fabrication or modification of machinery, fixtures and methods.
Maintains all necessary records including equipment logs and work orders.
Maintains immediate work area, tools, materials and equipment acceptable to the Company.
Notifies supervisor of impending shortages and any problems with material.
Assists Senior Mechanic in ultrasonic/electronic testing repair
Provides support to Manufacturing Engineering to optimize new product processes and facilities requirements.
Pay Rate
$24-$27 USD/HR
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Mechanical Trade or Technical school
1-3 years machine maintenance of automated production equipment; familiarity with all production equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical ability; ability to use hand tools, gauges, meters; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics; able to work independently
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to a production environment
Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
Excellent time management skills and ability to utilize time and resources effectively and efficiently.
Sense of urgency, ability to take action quickly in fast-paced environment.
