About the Role:
Position Summary:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Operate one or more pieces of machinery across multiple departments.
Perform operations efficiently and safely with minimal supervision.
Monitor production to assure quality standards are met.
Able to train new operators.
Be able to shift between departments based on demand fluctuations in critical positions.
Assist the Line Lead and Group Lead with ensuring the department follows the production schedule
Provide coverage in the absence of Line Leads and Group Leads for supervisory responsibilities when necessary
Start and stop machine at specified intervals. Operate machine(s) per specifications at standard efficiency.
Perform set-up duties and make minor equipment adjustments as agreed upon with Maintenance.
Immediately stops malfunctioning equipment and notifies supervisor or mechanic that repairs or adjustments are necessary.
Report to supervisor any situation where the operation deviates from acceptable quality, production or safety standards.
Monitor raw material usage and report excessive loss to the supervisor.
Document daily production, as required.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and keep equipment cleaned at all times.
Follow all company rules and regulations, per the Employee Handbook or department policy.
Perform other duties as required.

Must be able to learn to operate machinery via PLC interface

Basic knowledge of 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC a plus but not necessary.

General maintenance of fleet
Emergency repairs

Schedule Requirements and Physical Demands:
Able to work an average of 40-50 hours per week.
Able to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends, nights, days, and holidays.
Able to walk and stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs using proper safety procedures.
Able to safely, responsibly and competently operate all vehicles and equipment related to Production.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review month-end and year-end financial statements and reconciliations - including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and related balance-sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Post journal entries and ensure accurate recording of transactions - including accruals, prepaids, depreciation, adjustments, and other necessary entries, in a timely manner.
Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls - develop, implement, document, and enforce accounting policies and internal control procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize accounting operations and automate manual processes - partner with other teams to identify reporting needs, streamline processes, and improve efficiency leveraging technology and accounting software.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions - analyze financial data, produce reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - use historical financial trends and business performance to help prepare annual budgets, assist with forecasts, and provide variance analysis vs. budget/plan.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items on the grill and sauté station according to recipes and quality standards
