Position Summary:
The Investment Associate will play a pivotal role within the Wrightwell team, contributing to both the acquisition of new properties and the ongoing management of acquired assets. Specific duties and responsibilities will include:
Analyze and underwrite prospective investment opportunities
Develop presentation materials for investors
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new acquisitions, including rent roll evaluations, property inspections, and legal documentation review
Perform market analysis to assess comparable property rents and sales.
Contribute to asset management efforts and support the implementation of business plans for acquired assets.
Work closely with property management teams on budgeting, variance analysis, and operational strategy.
Assist in creating internal reports and preparing regular updates for investors.
Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Vice President of Investments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting is required.
3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, with an emphasis on single-family and/or multi-family properties across diverse markets.
Advanced financial modeling skills are essential, particularly in building and maintaining Excel models for projecting property acquisition, operations, and disposition cash flows.
Proven ability to create financial and operational performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly motivated with a proactive, "can-do" mindset, and comfortable working within a small, agile, and high-performing team.

**Job Title** : Intern - Commercial Banking Atlanta **Internship Program Duration** : February 23, 2026 - May 1, 2026 **Pay:** $20 Our 10-week internship offers a comprehensive and immersive experience for students interested in gaining practical knowledge and skills in the banking industry. Each week, you will be exposed to different leaders and aspects of the line of business. You will have the opportunity to complete projects that will help you understand the day-to-day operations of a bank and develop a well-rounded skillset. Work schedule and number of hours worked per week (minimum: 15 - 25 hours) are flexible, within normal business hours.
**The Intern will learn and assist with the day-to-day duties of the Commercial Banking team members, including:**
+ Receive credit requests and make approve/decline decisions within established policy, guidelines, and turnaround times.
+ Underwrite real estate related credit requests.
+ Document decisions properly and completely with particular diligence given to explanations of overrides or variances, to include a narrative to explain credit decisions.
+ Provide a high level of customer service to the originators of loan requests to include the communication of credit decisions and answering questions.
+ Works with the loan administration and client specialists to manage delinquencies on loans;
+ Reports troublesome loans to the senior credit officer and commercial line manager on a timely basis.
+ Ensures that the systems of record are accurate for the loans being administered; ensures that management information is reported timely and accurately.
+ Obtains satisfactory loan reviews and ensures that regular audits are performed.

Join our Corporate Development team in a Financial Analyst role that goes beyond traditional FP&A. * Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and pricing effectiveness.
* Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
* Assist in sales forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc financial models.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reporting.
* Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
* 0-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategy consulting, business analytics, or FP&A. (hospitality or technology industry experience is a plus but not required).
