The Government Property and Corporate Asset Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling government and company-owned assets throughout the full asset lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable government regulations. The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for government property and corporate assets, interfaces regularly with cross-functional stakeholders, and supports audit readiness, system integrity, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
Position Responsibilities
+ Advises management on all matters related to Government Property and Corporate Asset Management outcomes
+ Manages government property and government-funded equipment in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and applicable regulations
+ Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DCMA Property System requirements, including maintaining an approved Government Property System
+ Serves as a primary point of contact for DCMA Property Audits and Property Management System Audits (PMSA)
+ Oversees asset accountability and ensures all equipment is properly identified, barcoded, recorded, and tracked within approved asset management systems
+ Receives, inspects, and records equipment movements, including transfers, shipments, and dispositions
+ Prepares equipment for shipment, including required documentation and coordination of property movement
+ Maintains accurate property and asset records to reflect acquisition, movement, utilization, and disposition
+ Coordinates storage and asset control areas to ensure assets are safeguarded, organized, and audit-ready
+ Supports divisions and departments in the development, implementation, and integration of property management practices across programs and multiple locations
+ Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program Management to promote best practices in asset lifecycle management
+ Manages corporate fixed assets by maintaining financial asset registers, tracking capitalization, depreciation, and asset status
+ Conducts physical inventories and reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical assets and financial records
+ Prepares reports related to asset status, audit results, inventory accuracy, and compliance metrics for leadership review
+ Supports internal and external audits and assists in corrective action development and implementation
+ Assists with systems integration and continuous improvement initiatives related to asset and property management
+ Supports remote locations and multi-site operations as required
+ Performs other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
+ Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in Government Property Management, Corporate Asset Management, Inventory Management, or a closely related discipline
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen, and have a **Secret clearance with the ability to be able to obtain a Top Secret level clearance.**
+ Demonstrated experience maintaining an approved Government Property System in compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements
+ In-depth knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR 45.105, and DFARS ************

Job Summary:
Financial planning is the foundation of Mercer Advisors. The Financial Planning Group is a centralized group of paraplanners that supports Wealth Management Teams nationally to create customized and comprehensive personal financial plans. The candidate will be responsible for document analysis, data management, and financial plan preparation. This is an entry level financial planning position perfect for the candidate who seeks to gain technical competency in preparation for a career in financial planning.
You will prepare comprehensive financial planning modules, utilizing various software and proprietary tools. You will also work with our other in-house specialists in investments, tax, estate planning, and insurance solutions. To succeed in this position, one must be passionate about financial planning. Desirable characteristics: self-motivation, flexibility, detail oriented, process-driven, analytical, and have a high degree of follow-through and strong communication skills.
Essential Job Functions for the Financial Planner will include:
Prepare financial plans for prospective clients, as well as clients, including spending plans, investment analysis, retirement projections, Social Security analysis, education-funding analysis, stock options analysis, estate-planning analysis, tax planning, asset protection, and risk management needs analysis.
Work with the sales team and advisors to collect documents from clients to prepare the financial plan.
Use financial planning tools (ex: eMoney, Morningstar, SS Analyzer, Excel worksheets, CRM, portfolio analysis) to create financial plans for clients.
Partner with sales and wealth advisor teams to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with other groups within Family Wealth Services and Investments to develop client strategies that incorporate relevant and specific recommendations to each client.
Keep current on financial planning topics including, but not limited to, cash management, investments, wealth transfer strategies, complex retirement needs, Social Security, and tax planning.
Assist with creating and implementation of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance one team procedures and processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably Financial Planning, Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance related)
Has begun CFP coursework
At least 1 year of financial industry related experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with Salesforce and financial planning software (eMoney, SS Analyzer, CRM, portfolio analysis, tax planning) preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a team environment
Candidate must have customer service orientation, be coachable, and be eager to learn.

Work Schedule: This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.
Working Conditions: This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs. Travel assumed up to 10% of the time.
Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors' incentive compensation programs.

The organization operates seven campuses across Ohio, Illinois, Colorado, and Miami. Like all members of the BeOnAir Network staff, the Financial Aid Advisor is expected to project the organization's core values and core purpose. This position supports a college and creative culture and ensures graduates are fully ready for entry-level employment opportunities.
A key role of the Financial Aid Advisor is assisting students with their financial aid eligibility. This individual is accountable for the one-on-one advising involved in ensuring students comply with their federal financial aid. The Financial Aid Advisor will work closely and in conjunction with the Admissions Departments to provide financial aid options for potential new students and complete their packaging on time.
The Financial Aid Advisor is also responsible for meeting a monthly cash collection goal. Additional responsibilities may include participation in orientation, graduation, campus events, and various tasks.
The Financial Aid Advisor must have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish campus and department goals.
Scorecard accountabilities: Financial Aid first-time appointments, applicants that enroll within five days, same-day financial aid estimate, students enrolled in auto debit/payer express, cash collected vs. cash due, title 4 drawdowns on time, complete student financial aid packaging promptly.
Responsibilities:
Meet prospective students and determine their eligibility for financial aid and other most appropriate tuition options, including payment plans or other financing options.
At a student's first meeting with the Financial Aid advisor, the goal of the visit is to be able to achieve an estimate of Financial Aid eligibility as a result of the student completing the FAFSA and receiving the EFC in an email confirmation. If the student has already completed the FAFSA during this session, the student should assign the school OPEID code to their FAFSA so the school can proceed with packaging. A follow-up appointment is to be scheduled within 48 hours so the student can return to complete the FA process.
After a student is packaged and all internal documentation is filled out, enroll the student in payer express to contribute to the campus goal.
Set all students up in QuickBooks Campus and QuickBooks Cash Receipt with all pertinent information, and upload award letters into QuickBooks.
Upload files for review by NFA and RFA through the enrollment cycle.
Upload Term 2 files for review by NFA and RFA once SAP is received from Education
Submit completed drop packet for review by NFA and RFA
Complete a payment plan form to ensure auto payment authorization and specific payment dates. Program tuition/fees or approved packing is due for all students by the end of add/drop.
Assist students who are flagged for verification to complete the verification process within 2 weeks of informing student of being selected for verification.
If any packaging for a student results in more than an out of pocket $5000 balance as of the last day of the last term, then approval must be requested from the CEO prior to the student sitting in class or being counted as an enrolled student.
Ensure packaging does not exceed 30 months. If any additional time, seek approval from the National Director of Financial Assistance and Planning (NDFAP). - Adhere to non- interest payment plan: only available to students who after borrowing from Direct and Plus loans still have a balance left on their account.
Print and file student ledgers to confirm all pulls were received.
Maintain compliant FA files to include all documents on checklist that relate to the first term. (This includes: Enrollment Agreement, ISIR, NSEstimate of FA, Signed Award, Entrance Counseling, MPN, Payment Plan, and any items flagged for verification and ledger card. For the second terms proof of SAP assessment, revised ledger card and before graduation Exit counseling.)
Responsible for maintaining receipt of payments.
Complete nightly bank deposits.
Interact with students using phone, email, texts, social media channels, and one-on-one communication to ensure accounts are less than 30 days past due.
FA Advisor must conduct a daily review of the aging reports and/ or internal tracking reports for payments due by active cohorts to manage meeting weekly cash goal.
Join in on weekly one-on-one ledger reviews with NFA and RFA and send a follow-up email about any pending financial aid needing to be requested
Ensure payments are collected and processed on the due date. (If a due date falls on the weekend, payment should be sought the Friday before.)
Complete a weekly review of grads and drops on aging to ensure accounts are current.
Execute MPN's by the end of the drop/add period.
Conduct Entrance and Exit counseling as due.
Follow up with pending financial aid students to ensure they have all information needed for their education decision to meet app to enroll weekly goal.
Supervision Received:
This is an independent position that reports to the Campus Director and National Director of Financial Assistance and Planning. Two mandatory weekly meetings takes place: 1) Financial Aid Advisor to discuss goals to actual achievements; 2) Staff Meeting. Supervision of Others This individual may supervise another financial aid advisor should campus needs require.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing material costs, conducting in-depth financial and margin analysis, supporting budgeting, and forecasting processes, and ensuring effective cost control. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and profitability by partnering closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost of Materials Analysis
Calculate and monitor raw material and component costs
Analyze purchase price variances and trends impacting the cost structure
Work with procurement to manage supplier cost performance and identify savings
Cost Accounting
Maintain and update standard costs in GrowthPower & SAP ERP
Analyze variances (material, labor, overhead) and report key drivers to management
Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts, ensuring accurate inventory valuation
Financial & Margin Analysis
Perform monthly gross margin analysis by product and category
Analyze production cost drivers and recommend cost optimization strategies
Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize findings for plant leadership
Forecasting & Budgeting
Lead plant-level budget and forecast preparation
Collaborate with department heads to collect input for volume, expense, and capital planning
Track performance against budget and highlight key variances with explanations
Cost Control & Efficiency Projects
Identify and track cost-saving initiatives and productivity projects
Analyze ROI
Support continuous improvement initiatives with financial insights
Financial Reporting & Support
Prepare and deliver regular financial performance dashboards to plant management
Assist in month-end closing processes related to inventory, cost accruals, and overhead
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP).
Solid understanding of manufacturing, cost accounting principles, and inventory management
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively across departments

What you'll do:

* Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal users and external investors
* Assist with NOI & Capital forecasting analysis; research variances to budget, prior reforecast and prior year
* Support the budget and forecast process:
* Update the budget/forecast financial template
* Produce financial/operational KPI reports
* Load and tie out data between the general ledger system (MRI) and forecasting system (AE)
* Perform peer/industry/market research as needed
* Prepare quarterly Board of Directors presentation
What we're looking for:
* A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time during the semester in our Cincinnati, OH office
* A current undergraduate student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
* Advanced MS Excel modeling skills and strong analytic ability
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills a must; the ability to interact with a variety of groups internally and externally, including senior executives
* Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)
Nice to have's:
* Argus and/or other portfolio analysis software experience preferred
* MRI software or similar accounting database experience preferred
* Prior internship experience performing corporate financial analysis and modeling preferred
