Key Responsibilities
Analyze loan-level, portfolio-level, and market data to support investment decisions across residential whole loans, structured credit, and non-agency securities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1+ years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, asset-based credit, mortgage analytics, or a related analytical role.
Strong technical foundation, including advanced Excel and SQL; experience with Python or similar analytical tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of financial modeling, cash-flow analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Exposure to whole-loan analytics, securitization concepts, structured products (ABS/MBS/RMBS), or non-agency markets is strongly preferred.
