Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

Compensation:

About the Role
The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance that is aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. Responsibilities

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsible for collecting and disseminating financial aid information to students and ensuring proper processing. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position. Review results of financial aid applications and accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and where inaccuracies are found make corrections before processing. Enter new or revised data into computer system, maintain files and review reports for completion. Review information from federal databases (National Student Loan Data Service, Immigration Naturalization Service, and Selective Service) for information concerning compliance with federal rules and regulations.
Interview students to determine financial aid needs and make recommendations based on that need. Assist students with completion of applications and direct the student in further handling of the application. Process Special Circumstances and Dependency Overrides for those students eligible for special consideration.
Advise students on issues that may need to be resolved in order to continue or reinstate eligibility in particular for those students with academic progress issues. Assist in the registration process as it relates to financial aid eligibility and other special programs.
Conduct workshops and presentations. Assist with incoming calls and the Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide information and assistance needed to understand the Student-experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
