The analyst will be part of several teams supporting the units within ANR. The position requires detailed knowledge and understanding of UC and ANR accounting, purchasing, travel, and payroll policies and procedures. Incumbent interacts with all levels of personnel within the Division. Independent judgment is used daily to interpret policy and provide guidance to staff and academics. Work is performed autonomously within a broad scope of responsibility delegated by the Associate Director of the ANR Business Operations Center. Independent troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving is required.
Under general direction, act as the primary point of contact to a group of ANR departments to provide substantive budget/financial administration, analysis and reporting, ledger reconciliation, and account management to the department head and other ANR managers. The Financial Advisor II serves as a key financial resource on the corporate Financial Planning & Budgeting team and provides financial analysis required to support the goals and objectives of Baylor Scott and White (BSWH). **SALARY** The pay range for this position is $77,688/year (entry level qualifications) - $120,411.20/year (highly experienced). **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
Provides financial analysis to and serve as support for system leadership, regional and entity financial officers, and others as directed or required, to assist in the efficient and cost-effective operation of BSWH.
Develops ad hoc and ongoing reporting as required/requested, utilizing BSWH systems which include Syntellis Axiom and Power B

Compensation & Benefits
* Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
* Stable Pay: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek with $39,000 annually.
* Commissions and Bonus: In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
* Benefits Eligibility: Eligible financial professionals can participate in our comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life Insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program, as may be in effect from time to time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You'll participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients. You will actively contribute to classroom discussion, participate in goal setting sessions and progress evaluation meetings.
You'll gain valuable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and pass a sales process competency test.
You'll cultivate and sustain prospecting skills such as research, targeting, networking, communication and more through use of personal networks, community events, and social media.
You'll acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.
You'll oversee completion of content, proposals and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office, ensuring a seamless application and underwriting process.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Successfully meet all trainee program requirements, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
Obtain the required insurance licenses prior to starting the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, with securities licensing required within 24 months of entry into the program.
Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, working both independently and as part of a team.
Be able to travel up to 50% of the time, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
