Review contracts and process sales orders and billing changes into the order/billing systems ensuring contractual elements entered are in accordance with contract terms. Review and resolve inquiries related to billing, credits, refunds, and cancellations. Maintain operational and specific product line knowledge with the ability to translate and correlate this data to billing practices. Assist with special projects as requested, including custom reports and special data requests.
