Here's what you need:
Minimum of 7 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in Finance, including but not limited to: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Retail/Grocery clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Retail/Grocery clients

What You'll Do
The individual in this position reports to the associate DC plans coordinator. The individual in this position provides virtual and in-person financial education presentations and one-on-one consultations with state of Missouri employees regarding MODC and the Colleges and Universities Retirement Plan (CURP). The individual in this position works in person in the Jefferson City MODC office and travels weekly in the central and northeast area of Missouri to provide onsite education and one-on-one counseling to participants with an average of one overnight stay per month.
How You'll Spend Your Time
* Presents in-person and online educational sessions related to the plan benefits of the MO Deferred Compensation Plan and the CURP.
* Presents group investment educational events on the benefits of financial and retirement planning. Presentations include education and communication on the importance of retirement savings as well as a variety of investment topics including investment strategies, Roth savings, diversification, compounding, investment vehicles, model asset allocation portfolios, market volatility, risk tolerance, etc.
* Develops and updates financial education materials with input from other defined contribution team members.
* Counsels individual participants on their MO Deferred Comp account, savings rates, and benefits of participating in the MO Deferred Comp Plan, and benefits and options of the CURP.
* Counsels participants and eligible participants regarding their retirement income potential while holistically evaluating assets in retirement savings vehicles and fixed income streams such as pensions and social security. Evaluating this information in addition to investment strategies and taxation issues associated with the retirement savings vehicles allows the DC financial education professionals to calculate savings strategies to achieve specific income replacement as well as provide education on possible spend-down options in retirement.
* Counsels and assists plan participants with rollovers to and from the plans and unforeseen emergency withdrawals and all other types of distributions from the plans.

+ Assembles the past due report and interacts directly with vendors to obtain payments and reconcile discrepancies
+ Learns the Cardinal systems to track and validate the calculations of supplier rebates
+ Support the sourcing team to ensure the Cardinal system reflects the most up to date and current contracts, thereby ensuring the supplier rebates are calculated correctly
+ Assist vendors and internal sourcing teams with any disputes/inquiries
+ Assist internal cash team with payment application details for vendor payments
+ Assist with month end close activities, which consist of ensuring manual rebates are calculated correctly, all manual billings are reclassified to the correct general ledger accounts and checking the systematic rebates for accuracy
**_Qualifications_**
+ 3-6 years of experience, preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel)
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
+ Experience with contracts and agreements
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Strong communication skills
