For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Targeting Analyst at the Senior level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT, and/or counter proliferation
Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle driving intelligence collection support to target development and production
REQUIREMENTS
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies with four (4) years at the operational level
Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting (prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations preferred; experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources will not be considered equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher

Here at Bank of America we are investing in the growth of our Global Operations business. We are continuing to expand our Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team and are looking for multiple Technical Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Due Diligence (CDD) Operations Analysts to join us.
The team supports the Global Markets (GM) and Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) businesses in completing KYC/CDD checks as well as maintaining client records.
You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for the completion of the AML KYC/CDD operational process on assigned clients and will become a technical expert in KYC/CDD procedures.
The environment is constantly changing as new procedures & initiatives are implemented and there will be the opportunity for you to contribute towards these exciting changes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ You will conduct client due diligence and enhanced due diligence in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines aligned to jurisdictions and/or client structures.
+ You will conduct the KYC / CDD checks on clients that are part of the standard cycles or outside of the standard cycles due to a change in client or jurisdictional requirements.
+ You will liaise with sales/ client outreach teams to obtain and validate correct documentation to fulfil requirements.
+ You will perform client refresh/remediation through the review of client documentation, vendor databases and data entered into proprietary systems to ensure all requirements are met.
+ You will participate in internal/external audits and quality checks.

· Collaborate with analysts, operators, and collection managers to synchronize GEOINT efforts with operational priorities.
Required Qualifications:
