You will assist the finance and accounting team with analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, while leading at least one critical project focused on solving a problem, improving a process, or enhancing financial decision-making.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While specific projects will vary, your responsibilities may include:
1. Financial & Accounting Support
Assist with analysis of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
Support monthly reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes alongside finance leaders.
2. Project Ownership
Lead at least one high-impact project designed to improve a financial or accounting process, enhance reporting, or solve a team challenge.
Develop recommendations and present findings to finance leadership.
3. Process Improvement & Analysis
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or gaps in finance processes.
Assist in documenting, streamlining, and standardizing procedures.
Participate in projects aimed at automation, reporting enhancements, or data analysis.
4. Communication & Cross-Functional Support
Partner with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize financial performance and trends.
Share insights with managers and cross-functional partners.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with business systems (e.g., ERP/CRM/CPQ) or analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
Education & Certifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
