Zimmermann utilizes the advertised salary and hourly range as a benchmark to offer candidates competitive compensation in the market. This approach also allows for flexibility to account for differing levels of experience and to reward both performance and tenure.

3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role

Excellent research and synthesis skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data and translate them into clear narratives
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to build professional-quality slide decks and internal memos

The expected base salary range for this position is $94,000-$107,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
