PROCUREMENT ANALYST III ? This is the advanced journey-level classification in the Procurement Analyst series. GENERAL SUMMARY
The Model Risk Governance Analyst is responsible for the execution of key model governance activities, a vital component of the Bank's model risk program. The position requires developing, maintaining and operating a GRC Tool in support of required model governance activates including model inventory maintenance, validation finding workflows, model owner attestations, and model risk reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Take overall responsibility for a GRC tool (ModelEdge) implementation and maintenance, a cornerstone of the Bank's model risk management program. ModelEdge houses the Bank's centralized inventory of models and User Defined Applications (UDAs) along with associated information and supports the execution of Banks model risk management program.
Provide Model Edge user support, enabling model owners to maintain and access current information on their models, documentation, model findings and performance monitoring metrics.
Develop and produce reports in support of the execution of the Bank's model risk management program and reporting to executives and Board committees.
Support the execution of the model control framework including model identification, model risk rating, finding issuance and remediation, and ongoing model monitoring.
Lead the quarterly model attestation process with model owners, a process designed to ensure model inventory data is kept current, ensure coordination with model owners, and support model risk assessments.
Manage workflows associated with model validation findings including issuance, recording, reporting and remediation.
Track model performance KRIs and prepare appropriate dashboard and risk reporting.
Lead and maintain User Developed Application identification and ongoing monitoring process.
Manage third parties that conduct model validations on the Bank's behalf. Responsibilities include writing RFPs, specification of SOWs consistent with Bank's needs, vendor selection, coordination with internal model owners and the review and acceptance of work products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

The Revenue Analyst supports the Revenue Management team by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of data, reports, and analysis used to drive pricing, forecasting, and distribution decisions across the hotel portfolio. Data Management & Input
Maintain accurate and timely data input across all revenue management systems as required
Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems, reports, and dashboards
Reporting & Analysis
Produce standard and ad-hoc revenue reports, including pickup, pace, segmentation, channel performance, and market share
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages for Revenue Managers, property leadership, and corporate stakeholders
Analyze historical and current performance trends and leverage BI tools, including STAR Reports and Lighthouse BI, to identify risks, predict future results, and support revenue strategy recommendations
Inventory & Rate Monitoring
Monitor inventory, rates, and restrictions across multiple distribution channels to ensure alignment with revenue strategies
Identify, investigate, and communicate inventory, rate, or availability issues that may impact revenue performance to Revenue Managers and property teams
Support rate and restriction updates as directed by Revenue Managers
Revenue Manager Support
Provide ongoing analytical and operational support to Revenue Managers across assigned properties
Assist with rate plan loading and rate plan audits as needed
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand indicators to support strategic recommendations
Qualifications, Perks & Company Information
Prior hotel Revenue Management/and or Front Desk experience required.
Experience with Hilton, Marriott, or Choice (PMS) Property Management Systems required.
Multi-property experienced highly desired.
Proficiency in Excel desired.
