This position will provide both administrative and oversight functions for the various financing structures. Responsibilities will include reviewing legal documents, facilitating client fundings and repayments, reconciling P&L and ensuring RBC's books and records accurately reflect exposures. Oversight duties also involve ensuring proper internal transaction approvals are obtained, monitoring warehouse loan activity against internal limits and confirming that proper documentation is retained.
