The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

THE ROLE:
This Senior Manager role is a high-visibility position within AMD's Finance organization located in Austin, TX.This role is critical to the success of the business and reports directly to Senior Director, Compute & Enterprise AI Business Unit Finance. The role will be supporting the Enterprise AI and HPC group. Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to ensure performance obligations and strategic deals while maximizing return on investment. This role will perform strategic financial analyses and provide necessary guidance (accounting and economic feasibility) and executive reporting (e.g., pricing, strategic deal financials, product business case / P&L etc.) to influence business decisions. The role will work cross-functionally with BU, finance counterparts, technical accounting, and legal.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Preparation of monthly reporting packages for the assigned properties, including the following:

+ Roll Forwards and Closing Support schedules for each Account with activity and balances on the balance sheet of the properties
+ Revenue, Straight line rent calculations, Percentage rent, and other income
+ Trial Balance and Flux analysis
+ Closing Yardi Entries, and elimination entries
+ Monthly investor reporting: cash reporting, hotel operations financial reporting (as required)
+ Quarterly investor reporting, including preparation of financial reporting templates, debt reporting templates, and Asset Management reporting.
+ Monthly, quarterly, annual lender reporting, Annual audit
+ Provide PBC items to auditors and assist in answering any questions
+ Financial statement preparation
+ Annual budgeting process, analyze budget, review budgets prepared by Asset Management & Property Management teams
+ Cash projection for quarterly distributions / monthly capital calls
+ Discuss with Construction Accounting upcoming cash needs, and recommend properties that will require capital call
+ Prepare journal entries to record capital call funding
