The Relationship Banker is a frontline financial partner (financial MDs) that is part of a supportive and dynamic member focused sales team. Primary Responsibilities:
* Quickly process routine financial transactions for members including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures
* Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts
* Provide the highest quality of member service by promptly addressing member concerns and escalate to leadership when appropriate

Experience and Education Requirement:
* Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role required; financial services experience preferred

* Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections

SUMMARY

Description of Role
CPP Selmet is seeking a Financial Analyst who will support our business and manufacturing operations by providing information and insight into the organization's financial and manufacturing results by developing models and analysis from the data maintained within the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as well as various other information systems.
