Client Relationships and Service

Product Knowledge and Selling

Sales and Marketing
Engage with clients both over the phone and in person as they walk into the branch, identifying opportunities to present products and services that meet their needs.
Responsible for marketing consumer and small business banking products including preparing for client calls, making sales calls, and call follow-up.
Identifies opportunities and continually prospects for new clients. Generates leads through existing relationships; asks clients for referrals.
Participates in call plans tailored to increase the market penetration and client usage of bank services and identifies needs in prospects to establish them as clients. Uncovers clients' needs by asking the right questions; utilizes need-based selling. Reports on results will be recorded and reported on a regular basis.

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Boise, Idaho.
