Job Description:
This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. This role ensures accurate reconciliation and reporting of cash and investment transactions, administers the organization's purchasing card program, tracks and records royalties, assists in management estate-related financial activities, and provides compliance, audit, and operational support across Finance. The position collaborates closely with the Controller, Accounts Payable, Development, Customer Care and other partners to maintain financial accuracy, uphold policy standards, and support effective decision-making.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as back up for cash management, including daily reconciliation, monitoring balances, transferring funds, and ensuring liquidity.
Reconcile all bank and investment accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Record treasury transactions including cash movements, investment activity, and related monthly journal entries.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, liquidity analyses, and investment activity reports.
Support relationships with banking and investment partners and assist with compliance with treasury policies.
Collaborate with the Controller to accurately record investment income, fees, and gains/losses.
Administer the Divvy purchasing card program, including issuance, limits, reconciliation, and policy compliance. Train and support cardholders; resolve issues with Accounts Payable. Monitor spending patterns and ensure responsible financial stewardship.
Track royalty income, agreements, and documentation.
Prepare royalty statements and schedules; coordinate payments with Accounts Payable.
Reconcile royalty accounts and maintain records.
Support implementation of internal controls for treasury and investment functions.
Assist in financial and risk reporting for the Finance Manager.
Maintain documentation for banking, treasury, investment, and compliance activities.
Support the administration of the organization's retirement plans.
Coordinate with plan administrators, auditors, and departments to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and participant communications.
Record and track estate distributions, ensuring donor intent and fund restrictions are maintained.
Partner with Development and outside legal counsel teams to support estate settlements and reporting.
Assist the Controller with audit preparation and schedules related to cash, investments, and treasury operations.
