Monitor ITM machines to ensure they are working properly. Assist systems support associates and vendors to resolve any issues pertaining to the physical ITM and associated software, as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, representing the bank in a positive, courteous and professional manner.
Assess clients' needs and cross-sell or make sales referrals of bank products and services.
