Minimum Qualifications

Essential Functions:
Develop and investigate cases

Effectively and professionally research, prepare, analyze, and understand complex information and legal issues.
Maintain the integrity of the Attorney General's Office as well as the confidentiality of information as required by the Attorney General.
Ability to provide sound judgment, as well as exhibit excellent report writing skills
Prepare and provide testimony in courtroom settings
Execute search and arrest warrants
Maintain safety protocol for the Office of the Attorney General

Agents of the Oklahoma Attorney Generals (OAG) Office are commissioned state law enforcement officials tasked with investigating violations and alleged violations of criminal and civil Oklahoma state statutes. Required Skills:
Minimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment; demonstrated performance in meeting and exceeding goals
Minimum of 6 months cash handling and/or Point of Sale (POS) transaction experience in a retail sales or food industry environment
Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one (pursue application, bond and notary seal) at the Bank's expense.
Ability to generate referrals including making on-site visits with local businesses
Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers
Strong work ethic and high integrity
Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality
This position is required to participate in both informal and formal training (paid) and must successfully pass our Teller Certification test to be allowed to operate a Teller drawer. Formal training consists of one full week of training/testing which is conducted within your first 3 weeks of employment and is scheduled Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Preferred Skills:
Successful sales record in a retail banking environment; with knowledge of bank services and products.
Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills
Physical Requirements:
This position requires long periods of standing or sitting as well as typing and repetitive motion. Candidates must possess the ability to lift and carry cash drawers, coin bags, and boxes sometimes weighing as much as 25 pounds.
MidFirst Banking Center Hours of Operations:
Monday - Friday from 7:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. and Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (Full time employees are scheduled for 40 hours per week within these time frames)
Candidates must be available to work weekend hours.
