The Role
This is Bridge's first dedicated finance hire, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the steward of Bridge's financial health - designing the infrastructure, processes, and analytic discipline that allow us to scale rapidly without surprises. You'll work cross-functionally (Growth, Product, RCM, Operations, Legal) to ensure that financial data isn't just backward-looking, but forward-leaning: driving decisions, informing growth levers, and building trust with investors. As the company grows, you'll own opportunities to shape financial products or services for our clinic partners.
Responsibilities
Build Financial Foundations: Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics to guide strategic decisions.
Manage Revenue & Payouts: Ensure accurate, timely partner payouts and reliable revenue operations, including payer rate cards and pricing support.
Oversee Treasury, Accounting & Financial Compliance: Manage tax and accounting vendors including running monthly close, and maintain financial controls.
Support Fundraising & Reporting: Deliver investor and board reporting, scenario planning, and fundraising materials.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with Growth, Product, and RCM teams to embed financial data into decisions and product strategy.
Team Growth & Strategy: This role will be crucial in strategically scaling our team to match our rapid growth.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
You've spent 6-10+ years in finance and 3+ years in startup FP&A leadership roles.
You are an expert at building models and forecasts, and you've used modern ERPs or BI tools to automate financial operations.
You've built board decks, investor models, or supported fundraising processes.
You're scrappy and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things work.
You can explain complex financial trade-offs in plain English to teammates who don't live in Excel.

Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $168,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Bridge's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Assist with completion of funding delays for personal contracts/deals

Ensures personal contracts/deals are complete and delivered to the Funding Administrators in a timely manner.
Explain and sell vehicle warranties, GAAP, etc. to customers.
Vehicle Receivables- review money due for personal contracts/deals and keep admin up to date on status of payments.
Work closely with bank representatives to ensure accuracy of retail contracts and compliance for personal contracts/deals.
Ensure there is effective and consistent communication with Sales Managers and Funding Administrators regarding all funding delays or issues.
Assist walk in customers and calls and emails; direct to proper personnel if applicable.
There is high expectation for customer service, we require all contractors to assist our customers with their needs regarding their deal. Return phone calls and emails are imperative.
Compliance- Ensure personal contracts/deals meet compliance guidelines and all necessary paperwork has been gathered and signed.
Stay up to date with any changes to bank compliance, federal compliance, and internal compliance.
Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment with the company.
Time off at month end payroll is highly discouraged- all current month deals must be turned in by the first working day of the following month by 10am.
Close out is pertinent and deals flowing into the office throughout the month is necessary to ensure payroll close out is a smooth process.
Holding deals in the finance office causes delays and confusion. It is expected that deals will be organized and ready for capping when turned in. It is also expected that deals will be turned in as soon as possible in every circumstance.

Job Brief
Our Denver office is looking for an exceptionally talented individual at the Associate level for our growing Technology practice. Associates work on small deal teams and have direct exposure to clients and senior bankers. Associates are expected to handle a high level of responsibility in the execution of M&A, financing and restructuring transactions. Consequently, we expect our Associates to embrace a fast-paced environment, a high-level of responsibility, and leadership in a team setting.
Responsibilities
Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit. Responsibilities include:
Planning, structuring and executing M&A and financing transactions
Interfacing with clients as well as legal counsel to drive transaction execution
Managing deal teams and working with analysts to develop information memorandums, financial models, valuation analyses and presentations

Qualifications

What you will do
Our Financial Wellness Internship gives interns exposure to the key teams that support customers at Empower. You will analyze data and collect qualitative insights to provide proposed strategies, provide perspective and broad recommendations about how to help customers make important decisions that will improve their financial health, and learn about products and communication strategies.

Our Financial Services Internships are within our Workplace Solutions area of the business. This segment covers all elements of how Empower works with other companies and their employees (who are the participants in the company-sponsored 401k plans). These internships will entail investments, relationship management, participant communications, operations and implementation, and participant services. During your internship, you will grow in your understanding of the financial industry and gain exposure to how our business works.
