Position Overview The Asset Management Analyst role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of financial statements, and a keen interest in commercial real estate-particularly net lease investments. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Asset Management and the broader asset management and investment team to monitor property and tenant performance, maintain financial models, underwrite credit memos and support internal and external reporting. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, Kansas. Key Responsibilities Analyze tenant financial statements to assess credit quality, trends, and risk; support valuation updates, hold/sell analyses, and sensitivity modeling Track and evaluate property-level KPIs, including NOI, rent coverage, tenant credit metrics, and lease rollover exposure Support day-to-day asset management activities for a national net lease portfolio, including monitoring tenant performance, rent collections, lease compliance, and key lease events Build and maintain Excel-based property and portfolio cash flow models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision-making Prepare recurring reports for management, investment committee, lenders, and investors with accurate financial and asset-level data Assist with disposition underwriting, due diligence, and disposition tracking Collaborate with acquisitions, accounting, and legal teams to ensure alignment across underwriting, accounting, and asset management assumptions Support the onboarding of new acquisitions and provide ad hoc analysis related to refinancings, dispositions, and capital markets initiatives Qualifications 0- 3 years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred; other majors will be considered Strong academic performance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Understanding of core financial concepts, including cash flow analysis, time value of money, and investment return metrics Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive team player EEO Statement Reliant is an equal opportunity employer.
