Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
The base salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $234,000.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Financial Leadership
Set a financial vision, strategies, operations, and policies that support IOCP's short-term and long-term financial health and risk management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team by providing financial guidance and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions

Compliance & Internal Controls
Maintain and strengthen internal controls to support accurate financial reporting and reduce risk across all regions

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred; MBA is a plus

Manufacturing industry experience required
Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, business modeling, and cost accounting
Hands-on experience managing monthly financial closes and producing GAAP-compliant financials

**Compensation Overview**
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Senior Director, Finance & Strategic Sourcing Analytics, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of insights solutions. This is a high-visibility leadership role that involves building complex dashboards and leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic analytics solutions that will be presented to executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide decision-making.
This position directs a team of data and analytic professionals while maintaining an active technical role.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Assess value propositions and provide feedback to business partners to inform direction.
+ Own the intake of business demand and coordinate with business partners to ensure the broader insights portfolio is meeting needs.
+ Own responsibility for communicating what value is being delivered and why it has been prioritized to the rest of the organization. Ensure skills and capacity of the team meets long-term direction.
+ Drive communication of service offerings to business partners, including reporting, guided analytics, self-service, embedded, augmented, and data as a service capability.
+ Partner with leaders across the company and within lines of business to assess and adopt new Decision Analytics and Insights capabilities.
+ Work to ensure team structure and skills are sufficient to deliver and maintain value over time.
+ Foster partnership with internal and external organizations to orchestrate the most effective methods of value delivery.
+ Coach and aid in the skill development of the team, including team leaders.
+ Align solution design to enterprise data management, security, and governance controls.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?**
+ Strong experience with BI Tools (MicroStrategy and Qlik Sense is highly preferred).
+ Experience partnering closely with Finance and Strategic Sourcing is highly preferred.
+ Familiarity with Snowflake/SQL.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult, present, and influence effectively to all seniority levels.
+ Forward thinker with the ability to bring industry best practices and regulatory knowledge to the table in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
+ Ability to coordinate and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Strong technical understanding of all delivery methods and platforms and their use and purpose.
+ Ability to set data and information delivery strategies.
**What is a Must Have?**
+ Bachelor's degree or six years equivalent experience with business intelligence tools, techniques, manipulation, or related.
