Develops and analyzes financial and business models, and makes recommendations related to FCL and CM regarding financial matters including product profitability, transactional impacts, operational efficiency initiatives and other items. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage the annual audit process and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Oversee tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and filing of all tax returns. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Stay up to date with accounting and financial regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field CPA certification preferred.
