How you will contribute:
* Wealth Advisor Interns participate in a 10-week paid program with the following learning objectives:
* Gaining a comprehensive overview of the wealth management industry
* Having an opportunity to experience the various roles that exist within a successful RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firm including financial planning advisor; portfolio manager; and operations
* Being provided the ability to develop and practice the skills needed to be a successful team member
* Gaining the knowledge to help the intern choose the best fit career track for their goals
* Delivering Forvis Mazars' commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients.
* Interns will participate in a capstone project to conclude the internship, having the opportunity to present on a topic to the firm's leadership team.
* The summer internship will consist of participants from across the firm's geographical footprint. The intern participants will be paired with a program sponsor in their local market.

Position Summary
The Financial Analyst position plays a key role in strengthening MHOs financial operations by supporting day-to-day accounting, funds management, data reconciliation, and internal and external financial reporting. This position helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, maintains organized financial documentation for audit and compliance needs, and supports the digitization and optimization of core financial processes. Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Funds Management
Preparation of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
