Financial Advisor Position Overview/Summary:
The Associate Advisor provides support to the Lead Advisor and works to provide excellent client service to existing and onboarding clients. The focus of the position is to work directly with clients, anticipating their needs, resolving problems, and following through on agreed upon financial plans. Qualified candidates will be detail oriented and have a high degree of follow through. Must be comfortable working within the framework of a private office/small team environment. You need to be able to work independently, with little direction and carry a task from beginning to end. Resourcefulness will be the key to success!

Financial Advisor Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate with Lead Advisor in client/prospective client meetings, taking note of client concerns and items that need to be followed up on behalf of client.
Work directly with client, taking the lead on items that need following up on, and keeping Lead Advisor apprised of status of projects and client communications.
Serve as primary contact between client and firm on assigned accounts, managing those accounts, and developing new accounts through excellent client service and continue to develop skills as necessary to provide a true family office experience.
Manage client appointments from setting meeting and preparation of meeting agendas, to post meeting tasks - such as develop meeting notes, and follow through with implementation of determined objectives of the meeting.
Process client account paperwork and process internal and external asset movements.
Regularly prepare supporting materials and sample reports for clients, as well as developing IPS and Client Risk Tolerance Agreements.
Simulation modeling using Monte Carlo and other statistical techniques under direction of Senior Wealth Manager.
Effectively communicate with clients' other professional advisors in areas of tax, estate planning, insurance, and risk management.
Train to do trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts.
Participate in development and presentation of client/prospect educational events.
Participate in ongoing marketing strategies with goal of maintaining and gaining new client relationships.
Financial Advisor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
FINRA Series 7, 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
2 - 5 years' relevant experience in financial or similar client service
People oriented, service minded
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and electronic productivity software
Understanding of compliance and adherence to all regulations and policies
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or professional designation such as CFP or CFA, or work towards it is highly preferred
