Own investor diligence materials and ensure data integrity. Support CEO in external financial conversations with investors and advisors. Operational Finance Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, budget vs. actuals, and key SaaS metrics. Partner with accounting (currently outsourced) to ensure accurate close and compliance. Introduce scalable finance processes, systems, and controls as the company grows. Who you are 7-12 years of experience in finance (startup finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, PE/VC portfolio ops). Proven ability to build and manage detailed SaaS financial models. Experience partnering with executives and boards; strong executive communication skills. Fundraising or investor relations exposure (Series A-C experience ideal). Data-driven, analytical, and able to zoom between detail and strategy.
