Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).

Compensation:

2026 Season Broadcasting Interns

The Tri-City Chili Peppers are looking for qualified Broadcasting interns for their 2026 Summer Baseball Season. The Chili Peppers are the HOTTEST team in the Coastal Plain League, a summer wood-bat baseball league with teams in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. As the innovators of Cosmic Baseball, our team plays from May through early August with over 35+ home games at Shepherd Stadium in Colonial Heights, VA. We employ a small full-time staff so part-time seasonal employees and interns will perform integral duties and gain valuable professional experience and knowledge.
The broadcasting and streaming team plays an integral part in not only covering the Chili Peppers home and away games, but also telling the story of the Chili Peppers players and organization. Home games have been streamed on FloSports and Away Games via Youtube.
We have 2 Broadcaster positions available. These positions provide color commentary and play-by-play of all games and help the fans feel like they are a part of the in-stadium entertainment.
Candidates should include a link to highlight reels that show their relevant experiences.
The position starts May 14th and will end by August 10th.
General Responsibilities:
Provide play-by-play and color commentary for all home games.
