AileyCamp Miami is a summer day camp where middle school students are immersed in dance as a physical activity that, in addition to expanding aesthetic awareness, fosters athletic ability and skills demanded. As a result, campers increase confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills and enjoy a variety of social activities. Each summer up to one hundred students, who reside in Miami-Dade County and are currently enrolled in the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade (ages 11 to 14) at a Miami-Dade County Public School at the time of application, are selected. Prior dance training is not a consideration for admission.

Responsibilities:
Treat customers, vendors, and fellow employees with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
Provide the highest level of safety for all participants while they are on tour.
Actively monitor assigned hotel floors from 9:45pm to 5am. (required)
Present a professional image - remain courteous, positive, and helpful.
Follow proper procedure while working on assigned floors to include checking in/out of the hotel with designated personnel, introduction to Program Leaders, and groups and escalation protocol.
Always maintain a professional relationship with students. (required)
Qualifications:
Team player who works well with students, teachers, vendors and WorldStrides staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent technical skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word and Excel), email, and working from a smartphone.

Responsibilities
Responsible for opening and closing procedures of camp room and craft bar
Create and deliver clear stand-up plan for team daily, at start of each shift
Take guest reservations for camp and craft experiences
Host and assist execution of daily craft offerings, camp themes

Effectively handling guest complaints and resolving issues with courage and confidence
Keep up with Kronos timecard hours for designated team on a daily basis
