The Treasury Manager, Risk Management position is a high-profile position within Ecolab's Treasury and Risk Management group responsible for leading efforts to continuously improve Ecolab's risk and claims management programs, processes, and best practices. This position reports to the Treasury Director, Risk Management and partners with Safety, Law, and Division associates together with third-party administrators to deliver high-quality risk management outcomes while minimizing Ecolab's financial exposure.
What You Will Do:
Produce timely and accurate reporting to Corporate Accounting, business, functions, and plants related to Company financial loss exposures, claim developments and resolutions that may have an impact on their annual budgets, Profits and Losses (P&L) and/or Risks and Opportunities (R&O).
Regularly evaluate Ecolab's total cost of risk and emerging company risks; recommended changes to ensure that Ecolab continues to maintain a most efficient and effective risk transfer program.
Lead or support risk transfer / insurance placements including but not limited to gathering and analysis of major Ecolab risk exposures and loss data.
Analyze risk exposures, business loss expense trends, claims management processes, and use your findings to influence business partners and help develop or improve programs designed to mitigate losses. Track and report business loss progress through metrics and performance measurements.
Design and produce board-of-directors and other senior level risk management presentation materials and communications.
Develop and communicate annual insurance premium and business loss Plans.
Support M&A due diligence and related activities as needed.
Provide finance support to SHE, Law, and other key claims management business partners.
Evaluate current and prospective risk management information systems and related third-party vendor programs, agreements, and relationships. Hold third-party risk management vendors accountable for delivery of contracted services.
Support Treasury Director, Risk Management, with ad-hoc analyses and presentations.
Maintain regular networking with peer groups and stay current with industry trends and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a major in economics, finance, or accounting
2-4 years' financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, and/or accounting experience within a Fortune 500 organization

The base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Plant Controller-I is an entry-level management role responsible for overseeing the basic financial operations and job costing within the plant. The Level 1 controller works on foundational financial reporting, cost management, and adherence to company policies and procedures. They provide financial insights to plant management and ensure the accuracy of day-to-day financial transactions.
Plant Controller - Level 1 Starting Salary: $70,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Plant Controller - Level 2 Starting Salary: $90,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
4-6 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Plant Controller - Level 3 Starting Salary: $110,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
7 - Plus years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior-level manufacturing role.
Each level corresponds to increasing responsibility, complexity, and the scope of work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with preparing financial statements and reports for plant-level operations
Monitor daily accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Maintain job costing records and analyze variances in labor, materials, and overhead costs
Support the corporate accounting team with the month-end close process, reconciliations, and reporting
Assist in developing plant budgets and forecasts under the supervision of the Corporate Controller
Manage and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy in product costing
Implement plant-level internal controls and compliance with corporate financial policies
Provide basic financial analysis to plant management to aid in operational decision-making
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with job costing and manufacturing metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data and insights clearly to plant management and corporate teams
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of AIA documents, construction industry-specific financial practices, and manufacturing cost controls is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) role that will be partnered with the Treasury Management Consultant (TMC) and focused on developing strategies for revenue growth, client retention, and client experience. The TMA will assist and provide focus on new and cross-sell opportunities, supporting all activities from sales through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, and contribute to the attainment of established TM revenue goals (both individual and team).
Key Accountabilities
Partner with assigned TM Consultants in all aspects of the sales process
Proficiency in knowledge of all TM solutions and their benefits to our clients
Must be able to persuasively communicate ONB's value-add proposition to both internal and external clients to influence the outcome within the sales process.
Engagement and involvement in client call preparation, business process reviews (BPRs), proposal generation, presentations, relationship reviews, client, and industry trend analysis, working capital analysis and interpretation, and pricing proformas.
Monitor and drive portfolio growth by reviewing key financial indicators and monthly trends.
Identify solutions that will improve revenue recognition through new, cross-sell, and price rationalization opportunities.
Will serve as quality control of current client charges to identify and resolve revenue leakage.
Responsible for outbound client contact on various initiatives of the TM division as required from time-to-time such as service change communication (pricing event), annual due diligence events, etc.
Analyze client's financials and industry to provide the relationship team insight regarding the client/prospect Cash Flow/Cash Conversion Cycle to help develop the Relationship Strategy
Responsible for submitting all forms and information required to set-up and onboard TM products/services. Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing, pricing inspections, pricing documentation and annual pricing reviews.
Coordinate the appropriate implementation resources and assists with the implementation meetings (internal/external)
Manage Annual TM Review - prepare Review docs, schedule review, complete follow-up tasks. May conduct TM Review individually.
Work jointly with cross-functional team and assist in overall solution development and value proposition.
Review and analyze existing portfolio of assigned TMCs for revenue enhancement opportunities. Proactively identify and communicate new, cross-sell and price rationalization opportunities w/TM Consultants and/or directly w/the client as appropriate to drive portfolio growth. Research, identify and resolve missing revenue situations.
Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing, pricing inspections, pricing documentation and annual pricing reviews.
Ensure complete client satisfaction through proactive partnership and providing timely responses to requests.
Work collaboratively w/front-end and back-end partners to ensure excellent service and/or product implementation for new/existing client requests.
Coordinate and participate with TMC client events to drive pipeline and sales (Round Tables, Lunch & Learns, Receptions)
Periodic travel required for training, internal and external sales meetings.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $18.75/Hr. - $42.25/Hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
TM Analyst roles may vary - this position may be filled at a different level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Factors may include but are not limited to:
Number of years of progressive or multi-faceted Treasury Management or Sales experience with TM support, TM sales, and/or Commercial, Wealth or Community Bank support or sales
Depth and breadth in successful experience with providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone and email inquiries, other requests and resolving problems for both internal bank partners and/or external Commercial (including Treasury Management), Wealth or Community Bank clients
Excels and demonstrates effective time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
Possesses thorough working knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of ONB banking products and services (or other prior financial institution or related industry)
