Assist with financial reporting to lenders, investors and other third parties, including financial statements and investor reporting packages consisting of forecast-to budget variance analyses and cash forecasting. Lead the appropriate development team members in evaluating and understanding project proformas. Ensure that thorough proformas are published in preparation for the initial Investment Committee. Review the quarterly and annual development reports for variance analysis.
