What You Can Look Forward to as a Financial Analyst * Reviewing general ledger accounting and ensuring accuracy across financial records. * Forecasting accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), inventory, and cash flow. * Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company standards. * Leading budgeting and forecasting activities for the finance department and supporting other departments. * Creating and managing departmental budgets in collaboration with department and staff managers; loading budgets into SAP. * Assisting in the development of the Operating Plan (OP) and Strategic Plan (SP). * Stay current with changes to company Standard Practice Instructions (SPIs). * Managing approval access for SAP and other financial systems. * Maintaining and updating standard costs for raw materials and sub-assemblies/finished goods daily. * Supporting year-end standard cost roll-up and month-end close processes. * Generating month-end financial reports and internal control compliance reports for Division Finance. * Providing audit support for quarterly and year-end reviews with Ernst & Young. * Participating in the annual physical inventory process. * Acting as a backup for payroll processing. * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Your Profile as Financial Analyst: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred. * Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a high-volume automated manufacturing environment. * Strong background in financial analysis and reporting. * Proven experience in developing and delivering financial presentations. * Proficiency in SAP FI-CO and SAP Query; ZP8 experience is a plus. * Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
