Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting
Cost & Project Performance Analysis:
Prepare detailed cost analysis reporting for jobs and operational initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that track project and departmental performance.
Track and expense newly assigned project costs and ensure alignment with forecast expectations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Participate in annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.
Partner with Operations and Innovation teams to build data models that support planning and resource allocation, including NPV & ROI analysis.

Financial Reporting & Close Support:

General Ledger & Accounting Management

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance

Sales tax knowledge and experience in multiple states (international VAT experience a plus)

Job Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch. Working Conditions
This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. This position will occasionally require driving in his/her personal vehicle. The Branch Manager typically works more than 40+ hours each week; Monday through Friday with some Saturdays and overtime required.
