The base salary range for this position is $80,000-153,000 USD per year. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred. 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
