Angel Kids Pediatrics is looking for a knowledgeable financial analyst will be responsible for the development of complex financial reports and dashboards to help guide the operations and strategic planning of the practice. The reports may include, but are not limited to, annual operating budgets, forecasting reports, labor reports, monthly volume and financial reports, billing and revenue reports, supply and inventory management reports, and other needed to efficiently run the operations and business. This individual will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Functions and Duties of the position:
Synthesize and understand data pulled from disparate systems;
Develop reporting from data pulled from disparate systems;
Develop reporting dashboard to aid with operational decisions;
Disseminate financial reports / dashboards within indicated time periods;
Interface and collaborate with leadership to review performance and forecast volumes, expenses, revenue, and other financial indicators of performance; and
Other duties and responsibilities requested.
This position is full time and requires an in-office presence at the corporate office.
Position requirements and preferences:
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
1-3 years as health care financial analyst required
More than 3 years preferred
Knowledge of health care financial reporting required
Knowledge and understanding of health care revenue cycle management required

Qualifications
Qualifications:
BS/Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related major
Minimum of 1 years in Credit Accounting environment and dealing with external customers
Proficiency with Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and other desktop applications, SAP experience preferred
Knowledge of standard and specialized collection procedures
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organization skills
Customer focus and results oriented.
