Manage the renewal process by working with the Relationship Manager the client and the credit department Customer Support Duties: Responsible for expanding and deepening customer relationships by identifying customers' needs comprehensively and matching these needs with selections and resources within the Bank As appropriate, assist in optimizing customer relationships working directly with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, and other team members to effectively grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue by presenting practical financial solutions to customers Assist in loan document preparation Participate in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the bank within the marketplace Other duties and projects as assigned EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting or Finance from a four (4) year college or university Minimum of five (5) years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience, preferably in the banking industry and/or a combination of education and experience Strong background in working with financial statements and advanced understanding of the information available on financial statements and how they related to the customer's business operations and ability to repay a loan.
